- 定义：单音节是指只含有一个元音音素的音节。也就是说，当单词中仅含有一个元音时，该单词即被视为单音节词。
- 示例：典型的单音节单词包括“cat”（猫）、“dog”（狗）、“run”（跑）等。这些单词在发音时，元音音素起到了决定性作用，使得整个单词的读音清晰而明确。
- 定义：双音节是指由两个音节构成的单词。在英语中，一个元音音素（音素不是字母）可构成一个音节，一个元音音素和一个或几个辅音音素结合也可以构成一个音节。如果一个单词包含两个这样的音节，那它就是双音节词。
- 示例：典型的双音节单词包括“tiger”（老虎）、“baby”（婴儿）、“paper”（纸）等。
- 重音：双音节词的重音通常落在第一个音节上，但也有一些例外。
- 开音节：双音节词中的开音节，元音通常发长音。开音节分为绝对开音节和相对开音节。绝对开音节是以发音的元音字母结束的音节，如“we”（我们）、“hi”（嗨）等；相对开音节是元音字母+辅音字母+不发音的e字母（≥1个）构成的音节，如“take”（拿）、“make”（制作）等。

动词加-ing的规则：
1.read-->reading

一:
一般的词直接加-ing。
二:
以-e结尾，要去掉-e,然后再加-ing。
以-ee结尾，如see->seeing
三：
重读闭音节结尾的单词，末尾如果只有一个辅音字母，双写辅音字母然后再加-ing。
何谓重读闭音节？
一般来讲，单音节单词都为重读。
闭音节：牵扯到元音的发音，如：life /laif/,like /laik/
五个元音字母在单词里，发本身的字母音的是开音节；如果不是发本身的字母音的就是闭音节。
还有音标上面有个符号的那种就是重读。
一般来讲，双音节单词要双写(双写第二个音节里面的辅音)，加-ing.
重读音节必须在第二个音节，第二个音节里有一个元音和一个辅音。
否则还是直接加-ing，不用双写音节。
